Michael has been both a member and Chairman of multiple Vistage peer groups, giving him the unique experience of sitting on both sides of the table. Today, he facilitates two Vistage groups.

One group is designed for Key Executives, business leaders, or company owners with under $10 million in revenue. The second is a C-suite coaching and peer group experience for leaders of organizations with more than $10 million in revenue.

Across these groups, members represent a wide range of industries and leadership experiences. Each leader is focused on growing their organization, building stronger companies, and creating better places to work while learning, developing, and accomplishing meaningful goals together.

As the world’s leading executive mentoring and peer organization, there is a group for nearly every company size and leadership stage. Michael currently has groups for business owners, CEOs, and Presidents under $10M in revenue, $10M and above, and Key Executive Leaders such as Vice-Presidents and Directors.
