Unpacking is where we gently examine the patterns, beliefs, and responsibilities shaping your leadership, without judgment and rush.

We explore:

what is yours to carry… and what is not
where expectation has replaced intention
where your voice has gone quiet beneath the role

This is where confusion softens into insight, and insight begins to restore confidence.

Leading from what is true

Clarity alone isn’t the goal.
The real work is living from it.

Upholding is the steady practice of leading from what you now know is true, in conversations, decisions, boundaries, and direction.

Investment: $600 per monthly 60-minute session, with follow-up as needed

LEADING THE WHOLE

For the CEO, founder, or president, the leader who carries it all.

You carry the final call, the loneliest version of the job. No peer inside your own walls. Questions about vision, strategy, legacy, and succession that nobody else is positioned to ask you. What you build here is often the first honest conversation about any of it.

Investment: $1,200 per monthly 90-minute session
